The stabilization of intervals. "If you find . . . that all of the sudden, you become weak in [your intervals] . . . we don't become concerned. What we do is, we go back to the original drills that we had with those intervals, we review them, and we strengthen them." - D. L. Burge
Want to make sure that ear is SOLID!
Need to go back and work on these intervals.
1. Major 9th (confused wth Major 7th)
2. Major 7th (don't know it harmonically. Repeatedly missed.)
3. Minor 6th (confused it harmonically with P4).
4. Perfect 4th (why not solidify)
5. Major 2nd/Minor 2nd
6. Perfect Octave
GOAL: I am wanting to shoot for getting through this lesson without errors by May 10, 2009, working 45 min. a day.
